    For the last week or so I’ve been reall bored since all of m friends are away. So I’ve been doing multiple activities a day, like: spinning sessions four times a week, biking 1-2 miles every day, swimming 40 laps in my pool, walking around my neighborhood, etc. My older sister told me that I shouldn’t be doing so much exercise or my legs will get really muscly. Is this true?
    i’m a fourteen-year-old thin girl, thats whats wrong with muscly legs.

    I go in tomorrow for blood work, urinalysis, and ECG. When my results come back I go in and speak with the doctor. I already know my BMI is 36 that means highly obese. But I am no sure if he will give me weight loss pills, even though it is a weight loss clinic. What kind of of weight loss pill could I expect to get? And about how much does a prescription cost?

    I have been in this particular weight loss program for over 2 years now . Since then I had loss some weight but then gained it back. (twice) Also, sometimes I go thru these depression moods and will binge on sweets. I don; t know what the block is that;s hindering me from reaching my weight loss goal ; I needs to lose about half of my weight.

    The home is in La Palma, orange county,california and the bank owning is not big. The home is listed at 589 k, comparable homes listed in the neihborhood are listed at 650k to 675k and there is another which is a short sale ( not bank owned) listed at 575k. My realtor suggested that 550k will be a fantastic deal but I am thinking to offer 510 - 520. I am ready to put down 80 -90 k.

    what is best? water aerobics? or which strokes. i haven’t swam in along time but i want to start swimming during my pregnancy. which exercises can i do? what did you do? do i need a snorkel, is it bad to hold my breath under water? is a doggy paddle good too, is egg beating good??? i used to be on a synchronize swim team as a teenager so i am a pretty good swimmer I’m just scared to over exert myself since i haven’t done a pool exercise in a couple years?

    I am good with tools, smart and capable. I want a long, thin, one lane lap pool having a “T” or “L” shape in my backyard. The bend of the T or L would be a general swimming area for fun, and the long part and exercise lane. It’s a small backyard. (The soil is clay here! I could easily make a LOT of pottery from it.)
    HI forbidden_planet- Methinks you are right! The naysayers have the day - and I also found it amusing that some assumed I would use hand tools to dig a pool out of a clay base - ROFL! - when there are two businesses that rent out all kinds of nifty digging machines within two blocks of me. Tanks for checking back in, and the edit. One is in the pool industry.
    Methinks also that building a pool MAY not be as complicated as building a space shuttle? Hmmmmmmm………
